It seeks to explore the Paris of Robert Doisneau’s imagination, the Paris that he photographed ceaselessly during his whole career. Shown at the City Hall in Paris in 2007, the exhibition was a major success with over 300,000 visitors. 280 black and white prints spanning Robert Doisneau's career from the 1930's to the 1980's are presented in the exhibition. |
